How to Apply

Using the link below, you can start by filling out the AJY application form directly in the application portal. The process is quite easy, and in case you have any questions, please email ajy@heidelberg.edu to get help. Once you have received your acceptance letter, you will enjoy a robust pre-departure process including a virtual pre-departure orientation, virtual office hours, and a series of mails informing you of everything from course offerings to housing and our airport pickup. We are a small program, so there are plenty of opportunities to interact with AJY staff prior to the start of the program. Bis bald in Heidelberg!
